Dungeons & Dragons Sticker - Dungeon Master

$3.50

See those swirling designs framing “Dungeon Master”? Those designs are actually from an artifact: a penannular brooch found in Skaill, Orkney. I had the privilege of visiting Norway a few years ago, and the many amazing museums I visited helped bring to life a time period and people I’d only had the vaguest understanding of.

I’m still no expert by any means, but I liked the idea of tying the Dungeon Master mug to the people of early Scandinavia — people with a rich storytelling culture who struck out far past the borders of their known world.

Dungeons and Dragons is part of the DNA of my imagination.

One of the earliest video games I ever played was based on D&D, D&D is one of my biggest sources of play as an adult, and when my cousin introduced me to this classic RPG as a kid, it opened up a whole world of classes, creatures, deities, systems of magic, and structures of the universe I’d never imagined.

Its impact on my imagination and my conception of fantasy worlds has been constant and enduring, even during the years I didn’t play a single session.

Through my D&D mugs, I celebrate the countless stories D&D has to offer — whether it’s the pain of a nat 1, the glory of a nat 20, the new character you’re excited to play, or the adventure your DM has spent countless hours weaving for your party.
